This is meant to be a calm, private online space for survivors of invisible abuse \(emotional, psychological, coercive, etc\) to understand what happened, find words for their experience, and begin rebuilding self-trust — at their own pace. I will provide documents from my own research and as many resources as I can to aid in helping everyone understand and heal. My biggest focus is creating and sharing documents that will easily help you explain to loved ones and friends what you have gone through, since I know as a survivor, people who have not experienced invisible abuse sometimes do not understand it.
