Alongside peer support and tools this community will grow into a space for creative workshops and courses

Creative Expression workshops, Music and DJing events using rhythm and sound to express emotions when words fall short

Professional insights, from some of the leading neurodivergent professionals in the country

Sensory Tools and Environments, creating calming or energising spaces that actually work for us

Identity and Late Diagnosis assessments, exploring self discovery in a world that often misunderstands us

This is not just a forum it is a place to learn experiment and grow together
