My Art Journaling Club offers a simple, family-friendly space to create and express emotions in a healthy way.

This is a relaxed art journaling space designed for expression and reflection. Unlike a traditional art club focused on projects or skill-building, this space uses a therapeutic approach. The focus is on the process, not the outcome, using art as a way to release stress, explore emotions, and make sense of what’s happening inside.

Prompts and activities are flexible and meant to fit naturally into everyday life. There’s no right way to create and no need to be “good at art.” You can use this space on your own, with your kids, or as a gentle after-school or homeschool-friendly outlet.

This isn’t therapy, but it is intentionally supportive and centered on emotional expression through art.
