The Who: This is a program designed specifically for mid-career professionals who want to stay relevant with AI while designing for purpose and belonging without drowning in complexity.

I want to ensure we maintain an environment of psych safety and build a true community focused on every member’s career transformation. Hence, this is limited to people I know and referrals from people I trust.

Time commitment: 2 hours per week. I have worked hard to make sure you get most out of it by enabling curated learning and accountability.

This includes live sessions once a week that will be recorded, messaging in the community platform, and watching byte size lessons and practicing.

All under just 2 hours for what can take 10-20 hours per week!
