🚨 Challenge Starts on Jan 19th 🚨
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿:
[ul][li]Already be able to do 5 pushups with good form[li]Have no active wrist injuries \(if you do, I can help, but not in this challenge\)[li]Be willing to commit 5-10mins for 3-5 days a week for the next 30 days \(start date is November 20\)

[ul][li]20-person limit \(private skool group\)[li]We all work on the same 1-drill at the same time in 5-day cycles[li]Submit your videos for a video review/analysis and feedback from me[li]Weekly live Q&A + Recording

[ul][li]I cannot promise that you will all get a 10s balance in 30 days[li]BUT I can promise that you will be on track to reach this goal with complete clarity on where you are and what to do[li]I can also promise that you will make BIG improvements that will make you feel proud while having lots of fun!
