This group, founded by April Dawn Ventour, is a dedicated space for Black women who have experienced trauma in the workplace. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive community where members can heal, grow, and show up authentically in professional settings. Here, we acknowledge the unique challenges faced by Black women and provide a platform to share experiences, offer encouragement, and build resilience. Together, we celebrate our strengths and navigate the journey toward thriving—not just surviving—in the workplace. Through meaningful connections, resources, courses and open conversations, Halisi Connection empowers women to reclaim their voice and authenticity while fostering a sense of belonging.
