This community is a place where aspiring nurses can learn about various programs across the country. It is mostly geared towards entry level nursing; but we will likely expand in the future. Why become a nurse? With more job layoffs affecting primarily white-collar workers, now is the best time to consider nursing as a career. What jobs will be available in the future with the rapid advancements in AI? Those that cannot be easily replaced by humans such as in the health and human services field. Nursing will likely be one of the most sought-after jobs in the next 5-10 years!

Nursing is not only a challenging yet rewarding career, but it is also a challenging program. Even the application process is convoluted and chaotic. Consider broadening where you apply. You can always obtain a NCL \(nursing compact license\) which will allow you to practice in any state.
