I’m Britton Wolf, founder of First Deal Academy. I bought my first deal in 2021—a 22-unit and 14-unit apartment complex package that I got through seller financing. I had no prior experience. No credit score. No money for my down payment. Just grit and the tenacity required to do whatever it took to make my first deal happen!

That first deal changed everything. Since then, I’ve grown my portfolio to over 180+ rental units, including everything from multifamily apartment complexes to single-family homes and mobile homes. I’ve done seller finance, subject-to, wholesaling, fix and flips, and even syndicated a 73-unit apartment complex.

I didn’t come from money. I didn’t have a perfect credit score. But I had grit, I got mentors to teach me along the way, and I took massive action—and that’s what First Deal Academy is all about.
