After experiencing , a loss of my mother and father and 7 friends , whom I miss them dearly, it can show up as numbness or [exhaustion.](http://exhaustion.My)

I realized-there is still loneliness everyday ,holidays , birthdays as well as my memories of them.

This space allows grief to exist without pressure to “move on” or fix it. This community is about gentle support, reflection, and reminding people they’re not broken for grieving.
