It’s about ensuring the process is fair, equitable, and lawful, and that parents are given proper notice, meaningful hearings, and true due process. The focus is on transparency, accountability, and treating families with basic fairness and respect.

In addition, our nonprofit organization, Children Need Both Foundation, has drafted a proposed federal bill titled Bringing Families Back Together & Child Support Equity Act. The goal of the proposal is simple and family-centered: to encourage balanced involvement from both parents, promote fairness in child support proceedings, and support outcomes that prioritize children while keeping families connected.
