I’ve played professional rugby for 8 years, including 6 years with Premiership side Bristol Bears 🐻 1 year with Jersey Reds 🇯🇪 & two seasons in New Zealand’s Bunnings NPC with Southland Stags & Otago 🦌🟡 Throughout this time, I’ve experienced the highs and lows of sport and have learnt a lot! 🧠

I have also spent a number of years coaching Strength & Conditioning both in person and online💻 I love helping players succeed! 🏆
