BKF is a network committed to helping young Black men build powerful networks and increase their net worth early in life. Through mentorship, personal and business credit education, life-skills development, and group economics, BKF equips young men with the tools needed to compete and succeed in today’s job and career market.

Our mission is to provide real advantage by exposing members to opportunities, resources, and knowledge required to grow professionally and start successful businesses. We connect young men with experienced professionals who serve as mentors—sharpening mindset, strengthening skills, and guiding them toward personal and financial success.
