Young Champions Lab is a training community built around games designed to give kids the benefits of a high-level jiu-jitsu training session anywhere.
Led by a Jiu-Jitsu black belt with over 15 years on the mat, the Lab focuses on grappling games as the foundation of learning, supported by physical prep and CNS-focused games that build coordination, skill, and confidence through play.
Each game is designed with a clear goal informed by real coaching experience. Rather than being told exactly what to do, kids are placed in environments that encourage them to self-organize, explore solutions, and make decisions in real time. This leads to better retention, movement, and learningâwhile keeping training fun.
The games are simple to set up and donât require coaching experience. Anyone guiding their kids can run them at home or use them to support training elsewhere.
This is a lab, not a rigid curriculum. New games and ideas are shared regularly and refined through real-world feedback.
