We are a collaborative, research-based community dedicated to helping you feel again, regulate your nervous system, and live in rhythm with life.

Our vision is to usher in The Age of VI, a global movement that combines curiosity, community, and the science of feeling and synchrony. We aim to create a global learning and research hub for exploring Vagal Intelligence, heart rate variability \(HRV\), and nervous system regulation. This community is inspired by a deep appreciation for the synchrony of life and healing, and is dedicated to honoring the journey of Tilly's daughter through CVS \(Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome\).
