After 17 years of marriage, a decade in crisis response nursing, 20 years in property management, trading, running an Ayurvedic clinic, and sitting in hundreds of deep plant medicine ceremonies.

I still felt stuck.

Disconnected from my purpose. Misaligned in my relationships. Quietly spiraling behind the scenes, even with the tools. Struggling with addiction, trauma, low self-worth, and painful self-sabotage.
