I have founded this SAFE Community to support the development of your unique Eldership Niche and the building of your Eldership Business.

An Eldership Business is a catalyst for the healing and growth of our clients and communities.

To build an Eldership Business, its purpose must be focused on Social Healing & Change.

However, to build this kind of Business is counter cultural, so we need healing support to face the tender places as you become more visible.

As Mark Silver says in his book; The Heart of Business...
"If you don't feel safe, if your heart doesn't feel cared for, pushing forward doesn't solve anything"

The Classroom is split into different Programmes. There's the work we do to build and organise our Eldership Business which is called The Everyday World and the deeper work we do called The Other World.

We meet twice monthly on Friday afternoons to delve deeply into hidden patterns and to practice building the new systems and structures.
