My name is Jan and I help nervous or anxious riders rebuild confidence so they enjoy every moment in the saddle and every pound they spend on their horse is worth it, because seeing riders truly love riding matters to me - it brings me joy.

I share the secrets and tips that pro riders use to control their nerves at big competitions, ever seen a rider do a nail-biting round of show jumps at Badminton or Burghley and wonder how on earth they say so calm? I will show you how.

This is your safe space, a growing rider community, where you can learn new confidence skills, chat horses and connect with riders who love them just as much as you do. Ask questions and receive personal feedback.
