Soul Shift is a private community created to support your journey of transformation. This is a safe space where we come together after 9D Breathwork and Hypnotherapy sessions to share, connect and integrate.

My vision is for Soul Shift to grow into more than a group. A living community where we support one another, reflect on our experiences and continue to evolve together. You are invited to contribute your voice and wisdom here, because everyone has something valuable to share.

You will find resources for nervous system regulation, integration practices, guided hypnosis and upcoming events. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist I will also be adding tools and insights to guide your healing and growth.
