You’ve been seen. Now let’s connect! 🫂
This community is a direct response to that heavy feeling of being exhausted, confused and utterly alone while loving a partner with ADHD and/or Autism.
We are not a generic support group. We are a collective of women who understand the unique dynamics that mainstream advice simply can’t touch: the road-rage meltdowns, the emotional shutdowns when you need them most, the constant feeling of parenting an adult, and the paralysing question: "Is this neurodivergence or is this simply a lack of care?"
We are creating the real, deep connection you've been craving!
💟 Your reality is validated. We honor the emotional labor, logistical management and constant "on-call" nature of your supportive role.
💟 We stop minimizing your struggles. Your needs, your burnout and the sacrifices you've made are recognized as real and important.
💟 The feeling of "parenting an adult" is understood. We share strategies to shift the dynamic back toward an equal partnership.
