Rule & Road is a practice-centered community for people who want a faith they can actually live.

Many of us know what Christians believe, but living that faith daily; in our bodies, habits, attention, and desires, can feel disconnected. Rule & Road exists to help close that gap.

This community is built around a simple Rule of Life and a shared road of practice. We believe faith is formed not just by what we think, but by what we repeatedly do over time. These embodied practices quietly reshape desire and lead toward a more grounded life with God.
This is not a course or a challenge, It’s a shared rhythm; slow, honest, and ongoing.
