It is built around the Safety-to-Performance Operating Model, which treats safety as an operating capability rather than a compliance function. The focus is on helping safety professionals move from transactional, activity-heavy work to integrated, decision-shaping practice, evidenced by real changes in decisions, verified control performance, and the removal of low-value safety work.
Participation is measured by evidence of behaviour change in real work. Watching content or agreeing with ideas does not count.
