The Real Estate Institute of Belize \(REIB\) is the first-of-its-kind professional real estate school in the country—created to bring structure, education, and ethical standards to an unregulated industry.

Founded by J. Nicole Jackson, an international real estate broker and developer, REIB operates under Tubal Trade & Vocational Institute, a trusted name in vocational education since 2001.
