Hi, I'm Dr. Dédé Tetsubayashi: social scientist, responsible AI executive, disability advocate, and systems disruptor.
"Do Better with Dr. Dédé" is a community for:
[ul][li]People building technology[li]People funding, shaping, or governing technology[li]And all of the people living with the consequences of how those systems are designed
In my TEDx talk, [âYouâve Been Coded Out"](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSQuZG_DHVY), I name a hard truth: Bias and harm in technology arenât accidents, theyâre the result of design choices, power dynamics, and who gets excluded from the room where such decisions are made.
As generative technology accelerates, we all face a choice to continue to build from extractive models where our communities are mined for data, labor, and culture without accountability. Or, we can build from a collaborative foundationârooted in shared responsibility, transparency, and care from the point of inception. This space exists to support the second path.
Let's do better, together.
