Hi, I’m Kristopher, a landlord with 16+ years of experience managing single-family homes, duplexes, and multi-family rentals.

I focus on B-class properties in B+ areas, often renting to young professionals and dog owners \(I’m one of the few landlords who loves dogs as much as people\).

In 2019, I managed 16 leases with only 42 total hours of work for the year — that's every email, every repair, every detail included.

Because I self-manage from five hours away, I’ve had to build efficient, low-touch systems that keep everything running smoothly.
