Most frameworks talk about things as positive or negative: highs and lows, wins and losses.
The problem is if you only see those two, you miss the part that actually drives behaviour: the neutral forces in between.
My core work is called Pre-Meditated Creativity. It treats the creative process as a nine-stage cycle. Some of those stages feel good, some feel bad, but several are just neutral. Theyâre forces you can recognise and work with, rather than stories about whether youâre succeeding or failing.
When people see that map, they stop pathologising perfectly normal parts of the process, and they make much better decisions.
I use AI as a programmable mirror for all of this. With the right prompts, it will show you where youâre looping, where youâre stuck, and even how your clients are likely to think and respond.
So the work is really about coherence: aligning how you think, feel and act, and then using tools like AI to keep you honest.
