Little intro into the group! Here's a reminder to the purpose of this 5 day challenge!
✨ Goal: To empower people to understand, build, and maintain a healthy, sustainable relationship with food - using both science and mindset.
👉 Weightloss: As we learn this week and take on new methodology to fuel ourselves better, you may even see some change in this week! Start today - By drinking plenty of water, going for a walk, taking some mindful moments / time to breathe, eating your greens, taking magnesium to help you sleep, and start aiming for 20-30g of protein at each meal. Prep your meals for tomorrow and download My Fitness Pal to start tracking your food.
👏 The member who participates the most, posts the most, and shows the most change this week, will WIN 2 weeks of online coaching with me - a perfect way to continue the good progress!
