Men on the Rise is the culmination of over two decades of teaching, coaching and pursuing the best version of myself. After 20+ as an educator, I bought a CrossFit gym, moved to a 3-acre piece of property where we built an Air BnB and began turning our dreams and visions into reality. Fast forward to today, I've helped a number of men, discover their true identity, improve their fitness and confidence.
