Traditionally, this time was all about BEING not DOING. People rested as much as possible, and acutely observed the signs in nature, in their dreams and lives to divinate the coming year, as each day - starting Dec 25 - represents a month of the next year. ✨

Despite our lives being so fast-paced, often with little room to truly regenerate, nature still invites us to go inside at this time of year. To listen to our soul’s wisdom instead of our mind’s chatter, to \(re-\)connect with our true path. 💗
