I’m just a girl who’s been through alot of sh*t and made it to the other side. I’ve been on a journey of supreme hurt and turmoil majority of my life and I’ve found peace through living my truth, accepting my role in the chaos, and setting boundaries. I have a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling and 33 years of personal trauma that I’ve worked through as my credentials. If you’re looking for a way to truly heal and face your deepest, darkest fears in order to move out of survival mode, and into your light join me. I offer courses that integrate my personal authentic life experiences, and my spiritual/academic knowledge. Courses include topics related to; healing through heartbreak, parenting, breaking generational curses, navigating insecurities, boundary setting, and using the fire within you vs trying to get rid of it.
