After struggling through my own job search and eventually landing at John Deere, I have spent the last 7 years refining the methods that got me here, and that I've used to help others land their Engineering jobs as well.

I started at John Deere 7 years ago as a Mechanical Engineer. I have held many different software related roles since then. I have been an Embedded Software Engineer, a Software Systems Engineer, a Scrum Master, a Product Owner of Embedded Software Engineering teams, a Software Test Engineering Manager, and most recently a Software Development Enablement Lead for all of embedded software at Deere.

I am passionate about coaching, helping, guiding younger Engineers to advance their careers, land their dream jobs, and get off on the right foot wherever they end up landing.
