Hervau Studio is a pilot community for people who work or want to work remotely as virtual assistants, remote administrators, and program/project managers.

Much of my work has involved coordinating people, systems, and initiatives behind the scenes, turning complexity into something that actually works. Hervau is my independent practice focused on thoughtful, sustainable ways of working in complex environments \([www.hervau.se](http://www.hervau.se)\). Hervau Studio is a shared space to learn, reflect, and grow together.

Members get access to the community, discussions, live conversations, and a free 7-day Virtual Assistant intro course via email, when they join. This covers foundations, while the studio goes further into judgment, skills, processes, systems, and long-term professional growth.
