The Future Builders Contractor Training Program by Focus on the Future, Inc. is a hands-on job training initiative designed to introduce youth ages 14–19 to the fundamentals of the construction trades. Over six weeks, students gain real-world experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Drywall, and Flooring, learning directly from industry professionals.

Our program focuses on building practical skills, teamwork, discipline, and leadership, while promoting career readiness and confidence in every participant. Students not only explore trade careers but also develop a strong foundation in safety, tool handling, and worksite professionalism.
Located at the historical Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, the Future Builders program provides an encouraging environment where young people can discover their potential and prepare for success in the skilled trades.
