ETL is a Christian ministry devoted to equipping and strengthening first responders and members of the military community. Our mission is to sharpen both the spiritual and personal resilience of those who serve, recognizing the unique challenges they face every day.

We accomplish this through transformative retreats, online community, and one-on-one mentorship, providing opportunities for connection, encouragement, and growth. In our private group, members can ask questions, share experiences, seek guidance, and celebrate victories together.
