Grounded bodywork and energy healing rooted in presence, breath, therapeutic touch, and a sprinkling of Amazonian Shamanism.
This community idea grew out of a recent two-day training where I taught the fundamentals of Thai massage and energy healing to a really wonderful group of people. It was the first time Iâd run this particular course â a blended, embodied approach Iâve been developing over the past decade â and it landed more deeply than I could have hoped.
Teaching in this way felt natural, grounded, and alive. The group brought presence, curiosity, and care, and I learned as much from them as they did from me. The closing circle reflected a shared sense that something meaningful had been transmitted.
Embodied Healing exists to support that ongoing process â a space for practitioners and students to deepen their relationship with touch, presence, and lived experience. Iâll be sharing course material here, alongside reflections, discussions, and future trainings as they take shape.
