Dogg House Fitness is ran by me, Lucas Salazar. Most know me as Luc Dogg.

Outside of skool I am a strength and conditioning coach for fighters and I also coach online weight loss clients who are killing it!

My background is a former amateur boxer who wanted to go pro but instead had 6 hips surgeries. Those surgeries left me fat and crippled. But nutrition and a "whatever it takes" mentality helped me drop 70lbs and now i help others do the same along with staying active within the sport i love by coaching.
