This community was started to help share resources and knowledge about healing and wellness. I will be sharing knowledge and wisdom I have learned from my experience as a western medicine trained doctor and then form my lived experience of a severe chronic illness and recovery with holistic methods and indigenous science.
Offerings plan to include
Posts about various healing modalities and paradigms ranging from modern neuroscience to yoga and TCM and somatic healing.
Live educational calls where I will teach and discuss about various topics and answer audience Qs
