Welcome! I’m Hannah, a mom living in southern Spain with my 10-month-old little one. Since he was born, I’ve been cooking with him in the carrier — it’s my way to stay grounded, bond with him, and nourish myself at the same time. Cooking has always been something I love, and doing it with my baby close makes it even more special.

This group is for mamas who love keeping their babies close, want to eat well, feel good postpartum, and enjoy a relaxed, supportive space to share life’s ups and downs.
