I didn’t grow up in fitness. At 21, after a messy breakup, I hid in gaming, drinking, and junk food. With ADHD and dyslexia, I felt like I was behind in life. The gym changed that it gave me direction, confidence, and eventually a mission: to help others do the same.

Over the past decade, I’ve competed in bodybuilding, coached hundreds of people and built the Fit Formula Method to make training and nutrition simple, sustainable and effective.
