The main purpose of this page is to share all that I've learnt about returning to and maintaining wellness through connecting with the body. How truly understanding movement heals and transforms. How these understandings help activate the nervous system \(and therefore the entire human system\) in such a way that innate healing/self righting mechanisms start running constantly.

How all of this leads to a better, more fulfilling life as connecting with what we call the body helps connect you to yourself. And, in my experience, getting to truly know oneself is a wonderful thing.

I call it beyond technique as even though there are principles and methods \(explorations\) of sorts that are great starting points, the magic is always found in the play and exploration that comes with the understandings.
