đ„Beyond Grief: Finding Our Wayđ„
Everybody grieves sooner or later. Bereavement is the only kind of grief that other people accept and make space for. Yet there is grief in caregiving, in witnessing a loved one's illness, helpless to do anything about it, in aging, in many experiences.
If you are here, you are:
[ul][li]A bereaved person[li]Caregiver for a child, someone who is ill, special needs, or elderly[li]Someone who loves a person who is grieving and wants to support them[li]Someone who is aging, facing mental and physical limitations
You're here for one of the following reasons:
â Unclear on what 'normal' grief looks and feels like so you can know if you're OK.
â Unclear on how to solve the problems grief causes.
â Unclear on what to say and do for grieving people without overstepping boundaries.
Iâm Alison Pena - 25-year wife to husband with manic depression, diabetes & cancer, widow, family caregiver, grief coach. I am the creator of the Affluence Code and Life After Grief Blueprint Coaching. Join us.
