I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman and mother to AuDHD kids, and while I bring years of lived experience and clinical expertise as a therapist, I show up here as a coach, not a therapist. This space is judgment-free, created so you can be seen, heard, and supported.

This is a radically inclusive, LGBTQIA2S+ allied space for neurodivergent women, trans women, nonbinary folks, and AFAB individuals — navigating perimenopause, motherhood, or life transitions — to unmask, reconnect with intuition, and embrace your wild, authentic self 💖⚡🌙
