I'm Shane O'Leary and I'm The Rugby Mentor!

I'm an international and professional rugby player for the last 12 years.
I've played in Ireland, England, France, Canada & USA as well as at the 2019 RWC with Rugby Canada.

I created The Rugby Mentor to help players develop their all round game, putting the person at the forefront before the player. I believe great people make great players!

Lots of the lessons I have learned throughout my career have helped me in life too so I believe through rugby, people can build a good strong character that will stand to them in life!

I share all the lessons I have learned from the good and the hard times throughout my career. I simplify them and make them understandable so players can skip the hard bits and have more good times! I will support through the hard times too having experienced my fair share from injuries, to loss, to contracts being broken.
