The Rewilding Woman community is a soft landing for women whose bodies are tired of holding it all together. This is where you start to breathe again and remember the parts of you that have gone quiet.

Inside you’ll learn the basics of your nervous system in a way that actually makes sense, along with a gentle introduction to shadow work and womb connection so you can understand why you feel the way you do and what your body is trying to tell you.

Each month you’ll receive a Rewilding hypnosis or EFT session to help your body soften and feel safer from the inside out.
You’ll also get gentle prompts that guide you back into your body and into your own truth.

This is a warm circle with no pressure and no performing. Just women returning to their wild nature, one breath at a time.
