That is why I created Service with a Smile \(SWAS\), a training program combined with mindset, spark of inspiration, and standards of service excellence to infuse happiness back into hospitality. Happy people produce greater results and employee retention. Happy guests provide a boost to the bottom line. The three simple pillars of SWAS is Positivity. Productivity. Profitability.
