I suffered a complete achilles tendon rupture in 2020 and a grade two hamstring tear at my trial session at the track. I worked intentionally at rehabilitating both injuries so I could train and compete in the 100 metre sprint without getting injured and was able to run 10.73 seconds in my first ever track season without PEDs. \(EVER\)

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2009 and I need to live a lifestyle to reduce stress and inflammation in the body to allow me to live a normal life.

I don't make excuses and looking at me you would never tell.

In this group I share what I did to train my joints, ligaments, muscles and tendons to be able to cope with the high stresses of track sprinting which consisted of two 3 month programs.
I also share the basis of my diet and supps that I use.

This Skool is for people who want to:

-Build an athletic system to prevent future injuries
-Be part of community about how to manage Crohn's disease
