The word "studying" can be misleading. Of course, you are not going to spend all your time studying, attending lectures, or reading in the library. In addition to all of these, you will actually live in a foreign country. Your daily life, your support network, and everything else will change. It is no longer your parents who will look after you. You will need to look after YOURSELF. Are you ready? Are you aware of the risks and know how to avoid or minimise them? Do you know when to ask for support? It is wise to prepare as much as possible to make the most of your stay. It is even wiser to be guided by someone who has studied abroad twice, in the UK and Germany and gained a wealth of real-life experiences.
