I'm here to help women reclaim joy, rebuild identity, and rise above dark seasons by exploring truth, emotional maturity, and a Christ-centred identity.

My own journey has been marked by trauma, heartbreak, abandonment, and grief. Recently, during a time when I felt drained and spiritually weak, I was baptised. I didn’t walk into that water full of passion—I walked in exhausted, knowing that the only thing that got me there was obedience.

Afterwards, a woman I barely knew told me she had a word from God for me: “Hold on to your joy.”A second woman also had a message, "He remembers Tania, the child". And a joyful child I was. These words commissioned me.
Even with a degree in counselling, there is no better healer than God. I have witnessed it and lived on both sides of it.

I'm here to blend Scripture, emotional resilience, identity formation, and practical behavioural change to help rebuild faith —so joy becomes armour.
