NICU, PICU & Me was created from our journey as first-time parents navigating the NICU and PICU.

Our son was born at 36 weeks and 4 days in 2021, unable to breathe on his own, and spent 133 days in the NICU. At 3 months old, he had a tracheostomy and G-tube, faced vent dependence, and over years, overcame milestones until finally being trach-free in 2025.

This journey was filled with challenges, uncertainties, and triumphs—experiences that can feel isolating as a parent.

This community exists to support parents at every stage, from NICU to PICU and beyond.
