What is this community about?

This community is for supporting Muslims who are struggling with waswasa or obsessions in religion.

If you're constantly asking "is my Wudhu broken?" "Did I recite that incorrectly?" or struggle with intrusive thoughts about the religion, then realize this is called waswasah which originates from Shaytaan or sometimes your Minds natural cognitive processes.

Also realize, regardless of the source, Islam does not require you to behave like this and in fact behaving like this can lead you away from not just the peace and tranquility in the religion but also away from the religion itself.

That is why we aim to help Muslims become free from this issue so they can practice Islam with Ihsan & Peace instead of obsession.
