5 Minutes a Day Can Change Your Body

If you don’t know where to start, start here.Make this your daily 5-minute routine. You can make it your own, but stay consistent.

Your 5-Minute Daily Routine:
1 minute — Breathe \(slow inhale, long exhale, feel ribs expand\)
1 minute — Jaw & shoulders \(unclench jaw, slow shoulder rolls\)
1 minute — Spine \(slow twists or spine waves\)
1 minute — Feet \(rock side to side, feel the ground\)
1 minute — Stillness \(stand, breathe, feel your body\)

That’s it. Five minutes.

If you do this every day, you may start to notice:
